Critical Information Summaries

Last updated 6 October 2026

A Critical Information Summary (CIS) is a short fact sheet for a plan: what it costs, what you get, what you don’t, and the speed to expect in the evening. There’s one for each WARP Internet plan. Read it before you order — it’s the quickest way to compare us with anyone else.

The same on every plan

  • nbn fixed-line broadband (FTTP, HFC, FTTC, FTTB or FTTN). Not available on nbn Fixed Wireless or Satellite.
  • Month to month. No contract, no setup fee, no exit fee. Prices include GST.
  • Your first month is paid when you order and starts the day your service goes live. After that you’re billed monthly in advance, on the same day each month.
  • Unlimited data and an IPv6 /60. IPv4 is shared (CGNAT) unless you add a public IPv4 for $10 a month. Services connected before that change keep their public IPv4 at no charge until they turn it off.
  • Bring your own router (IPoE, no PPPoE or login; each plan’s CIS says what router your connection needs). No phone service, so no calls to 000 — keep a mobile for emergencies.

Typical evening speeds are our initial estimates until we have three months of measured data. How we arrive at them, and what affects the speed you get, is explained on our Broadband speeds page. Before you connect, please also read the important information about your nbn service. The full terms are in our Customer Terms.
