FTTP
Fibre to the Premises
Fibre runs all the way into your home, to an nbn connection box on the wall. The fastest and most reliable nbn connection, and the only one that reaches every WARP Internet plan at full speed.

Coverage
We’ll check with nbn in real time and show you exactly which plans your place can get.
nbn uses different technologies in different places. Yours decides the top speed your line can reach, and which router you need. We’ll tell you which one you have when you check your address.
FTTP
Fibre runs all the way into your home, to an nbn connection box on the wall. The fastest and most reliable nbn connection, and the only one that reaches every WARP Internet plan at full speed.
HFC
The last stretch is the coaxial cable once used for pay TV, into an nbn connection box. Supports Boost at 500/50 and Ultra at 1000/100.
FTTC
Fibre runs to a small unit in the pit outside, then your existing copper phone line covers the last few metres to an nbn connection device inside. Up to 100/20.
FTTB
Common in apartment blocks. Fibre reaches the building's comms room, then copper wiring runs to your unit's phone socket. Up to 100/20, depending on the building's wiring.
FTTN
Fibre runs to a cabinet in your street, then copper to your home. Speed depends on how far you are from the node and the copper's condition. Up to 100/20.
Not yet
We don’t sell nbn Fixed Wireless or Sky Muster satellite services yet. If that’s what your place has, we’re sorry. We’d rather tell you now than after you order.
Maximum download/upload speed in Mbps for each plan on each connection type. FTTN and FTTB lines may not reach their tier’s maximum. More about speeds

Our network
nbn builds and maintains the line to your home. We run everything your traffic touches after that: our own network, our own routing and addressing on AS152590, and the equipment your connection lands on. It means we can see what’s happening on your service and fix it ourselves.
Planned work and known outages are posted on our network status page, and we email affected customers.

Check your address and see which plans your place can get. It takes about ten seconds.
