Hours

We’re around every day, during waking hours (Sydney time). Outside those hours, email or leave a message and we’ll reply as soon as we’re back. Check network status for known outages at any time.

Writing to us by post

We don’t publish a street address. Email or call us and we'll give you our postal address.

Looking for answers first? The support centre covers faults, routers, speeds, billing, moving and cancelling.

When something’s wrong.

Make a complaint

Tell us any way you like: phone, email or the portal. It’s free. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 15. If we can’t sort it out, the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman can help on 1800 062 058 or at tio.com.au.

Complaints process

Finding it hard to pay?

You can ask for help without being behind. We can give you more time, set up a payment plan, move you to a cheaper plan for a while, pause your service, or waive or reduce what you owe.

Financial hardship help

Family violence support

If you’re affected by domestic, family or sexual violence, we can help keep your account safe, private and in your control. Tell us how and when it’s safe to contact you. If you’re in immediate danger, call 000 from a mobile or another phone.

How we help

Help to talk to us.

However you communicate, we’ll make it work. Take the time you need.
