When you need your own address

A public IP when you need one.

Like most providers, we share IPv4 addresses between households using carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT). For browsing, streaming, video calls and most gaming you won't notice.

If you host a game server, reach cameras or a home lab from outside, or need port forwarding, add your own public IPv4 for $10/mo. Turn it on or off any time in the portal or the app; you only pay for the days it's on. Every plan also gets a native IPv6 /60. If you were with us before public IPs became an add-on, yours stays free.

Built and run by us

Our own network, not a resold one.

We run our own routing, addressing and the equipment your connection lands on. When something looks wrong we can see it on our own network and fix it, rather than logging a ticket with someone else and waiting.

nbn still delivers the line to your door. Everything after that is ours to get right.

Honest numbers

Speeds you can plan around.

We publish a typical evening speed for every plan: what you should expect between 7 and 11pm, when everyone's streaming. We don't shape traffic, we don't slow down any kind of use, and data is unlimited.

If your line can't reach the speed you chose, we'll move you to a plan it can reach and refund the difference back to the day you connected.
